D. Tough Plumbing & Heating was founded by Liza and Doug Tough in 2005. Doug has been in the plumbing trade since 1998 and he graduated at the top of his class in 2002. Doug’s training included four years of trade school which covered, potable water systems, gas fitting, drainage systems, backflow testing, and boiler heating systems.
